"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Disclaimer: I actually have another account, but this one is where I'm going to put pictures I actually like (or something), so that when people I know say "Hey, what's your DA name?" I can give them the name with pictures on it, instead of the cruddy doodles my other account is so full of...
